Thanks, I am trying to implement this! But the teacher and the parent are firmly against it...I don't understand the teacher. My SLPA and I have tried collaborating with her several times, but she just won't. She wants us to do speech at a table with the kids (keeping in mind she is used to old-school where this was the norm); the other part of it is that when I go to see this student, that's when the para's get their "break." Totally not my problem--the teacher should be able to work around it and do what's best for the student.
