I ordered a $136 product from Say It Right. It arrived with just 3 days of the order but the CD would not operate. I called and emailed. A couple days later a representative emailed back with a trouble shooting idea. I tried it right away and let her know it didn't work. I left two voicemails and she called me back to say she'd mail a return label to me. This was a week ago and I haven't even gotten the label! I'm so frustrated. Has anyone else had this issue with this company?
