Our district is changing the way we write performance evaluation goals. They must now be student performance based goals. An example for a kg teacher may be: 80% of my score a passing score on PALS. Our speech therapy team is at a loss on how to write a goal for our speech kids because their goals are individualized. We were told that we cannot use standardized tests or pre-post testing that we design. Can anyone give some guidance on how to write these new type of performance goals? I really am at a loss.
