I train my cycles kiddos to say the word 5 times pretty quickly to get more productions in.
Games? Hop to the word. Hide and seek with the cards around the room. I've broke in a hot wheels car launcher and play - say it 10 times, shoot a car. They love that one.....and whoever's car goes the farthest 'wins' and gets to pick a card and say it 3 times. :-) Another silly game I play is guess what's on my head. We each put a card on our head facing the other person, then guess what it is. Matching seems an easy but fun one for the little ones. I also sometimes just hold two cards up to the light (so they can see through it) and see if they can guess each card. I say "which one's stop, and which one's star?" I have one boy who Loves this little game and just smiles every time we do it. I've also used the chipper chat tokens. I make a a little pile of tokens as they say the word each time and before you know it they have a huge pile of tokens they can pick up every now and then with the magnet. <-- that one seems to motivate my kids to say more and more productions. :-) After they get a big pile, sometimes we count them ALL or count them in piles of 10 depending on their skill level. They love that activity.
With all of my games I get them to say it 5 times. So after all of that, I should say I work in a school and do this with kinders but I would do many of the same activities if I was working with younger kids. You just got to find what's motivating for the kiddo, then do therapy in that activity.
