Rosie has good advice. This sort of behavior is inexcusable among adults who are supposed to be here to help kids. I think it's a bit like gossip: the more people do it, the more people do it (if that makes sense.) Take the high road like Rosie and be a positive model for others. You won't change everyone, but you will influence some.
