burn out

I am now experiencing some "burn-out" because as a result of barging into classrooms more and talking with teachers more, I am getting really frustrated with how some teachers (special ed and regular ed) treat our sped kids. They don't understand them, don't try to understand them, and as a result complain about them and say the worst things about the kids. I try and offer strategies etc, etc, etc, but it's like they don't even want to listen or want help, they just want to complain! Do any of you experience any of this?
