In a perfect SLP world, I would have a caseload of 23 and have an assistant. I would be assigned to no more than 2 schools and I would actually get to take a lunch!!!!
Sorry, but I'm just feeling a little fed up with the fact that I'm expected to see 70+ kids all over a county which totals more than 800/miles per month on my car!! Why is it that RSPs get to have caseloads of 25 with an assistant!!?? I love my job, but the logistics are killing me!!
Ugh--thanks for the vent!! Only 12 wks til Spring Break!!
