ASHA dues are $225 per year, plus another $25 if you want to use their CEU registry. I need to have 3 CEUs (30 "clock hours") every 3 years to keep my certification current. I think that's the same for all ASHA members(?). Other than that, as holly said, licensing fees vary by state. I'm in Michigan and we are one of only a couple of states that don't have licensure.
