I've had good luck shaping it from /n/+/t/+/j/ and then saying them together faster and faster. I've used tokens and have placed them far apart and then ever so slowly closer together until they sit on top of each other to empahsize one sound. Then start with /ch/ at the end of words: bench, lunch, munch, "munch a bunch of lunch"
I suppose an extra large tongue could be problematic and it just may not happen.
