Could you give more information? Slps provide services for 0-5 in the homes, then onto the schools and in the home again for home health. There isn't any age group that isn't provided for in the home. Heck, slps go into the homes for homebound students. If you are a private practitioner in a clinic and go to the homes and you can't get a replancement, then refer them to EI or home health. Don't quite understand why you haven't let home based services begin the services to begin with.
