Anyone can have an off year. You have to have one in order to know what a good one is. Anyway, I am guessing that these people don't have the number of students to service as you do. Other professionals don't get how much work we do do AND we have to be up on how to treat ALL disorders. How about putting up a visual aid to show progress such as a graph for the children to see and staff members too? Or perhaps, individual charts for children on a 'speech bulletin' board. For artic begin with auditory discrimination skills that are mastered, producing the errored sound in isolation, etc. One year I made a ladder, gave everyone a small shoe with their name on it to climb up the ladder every time a goal was achieved. Just an idea. You will do fine. You have all of us here on this website to support you!
