You can also get your report done a week or so in advance and call the parent to go over the results before the meeting. That way you can spend more time answering their questions. When you go to the actual meeting, you can just go over the hightlights - articuation, receptive language, and expressive language. You could even highlight the important parts before calling the parent so you sound more self-confident and articulate. You'll do fine : ) The good part about being nervous is that it shows that you care.
