I like "The Complete Oral-Motor Program for Articulation" by Linguasystems. I use it in conjunction with ArticLab. It has oral motor exercises targeted to a specific sound. It also has OM exercises for kids to do at home that are aligned with the speech sound you are targeting. I like it - just don't tell my grad school professors! :0) The kids like it as well.
