I know what you mean. I moved into doing early intervention 0-3 out of a school job. Gave up alot of benefits but the cookie cutter approach hasn't hit the itty bittys yet. I feel happy for the first time in a long time with this population- feel like I'm making a difference and can do what I need to do not what someone who doesn't know speech therapy tells me to do. Maybe you could look into changing age levels.
