I've been an SLP for 25 years, and overall I feel I'm doing great--then a new kiddo moves into the district, and it's like, "Now WTF do I do"? Slowly I figure it out. Keep in mind that your students ARE benefiting from your instruction!! There is little instruction specifically on oral communication or any other language skills you are addressing in the regular classroom, so what you're doing IS making a difference!
