Thank you both for your replies. I guess I was having a "pity party" of sorts this morning. But I think typing that out on here helped and I felt like I was focused today and was able to get some data for quarterly progress reports today that I think I'll be happy with. I know it takes time. It took me a good year and half in my last job to feel comfortable, and even then, I wasn't always sure.

Jenni... I love what your supervisor told you. It makes sense, but is still nice to hear.
