I have a very similat situation. My client is a 3 year old with bilateral moderate sensorineural loss. She has receptive and expressive language skills in the 95th percentile. She participates in our district integrated preschool program (9 typical children and 7 classified children) five days per week for 2 hours a day. I have her on my case load 2 x per week for 25 minutes each session. My goals for her have more to do with developing self-advocacy skills and discrimination skills for words and sentences. I work with her in both a pul-out and push-in model.
