Dawn--cycles question

I have been seeing a little guy who is 4 years old for a phonological delay. He is quite unintelligible. I am doing the cycles approach with him. We have just finished the first cycle (final consonants). We are beginning the second cycle (consonant clusters this week). This child is having a lot of success with the cycles approach and I would really like to continue with it my question is... He also has goals for the production. of /p,b,m,n,k,g/ in the I,M,F position of words. Can I make this into a third cycle? Would I target /p/ for 60 minutes, /b/ for 60 mintues, and so on? Thanks for your help!
