I use candy as I have found it to be the best motivator and it's not terribly expensive. They get a piece every third session. They pick from a small container filled with mini paper laminated apples in red and green. If they get red, I write it down and they get candy on their third day. If they get green they get a piece of candy that day. Either way, they will get a reward every 3rd session. I get a big bag of candy and it lasts me about 2-3 months with a caseload of 50.
