Hello fellow SLP's,
I have been working as a school speech clinician in the state of Pennsylvania, without my masters degree and CCC's for about 13 years. My husband and i have been considering moving to the state of Florida for his work. I am wondering if anyone is working or knows someone who is working as an SLP in Florida without masters in speech and CCC's? I have my masters degree in Elementaer Education and I took the Praxis exam so that I am certified to teach speech in schools. I do not want to give up my job and leave the state if I am unable to work in Florida. Please respond if you have any knowledge of Florida regulation/employment. Thanks......
