Scoring REEL-3

I need some help. I administered the REEL-3 and don't have a manual. The child is 8 months, 14 days. Receptive Language raw score is 21 and Expressive Language raw score is 9. Can anyone score this for me please if you have the manual? Thanks sooooo much!
