I have been in this situation, the majority of he time actually. Notify the district or another person that supervises and complain strongly. New evals and services that are not on the IEP can be put on hold. Even attending the IEP's are hard so you can ask to speak first and then be excused. Increasing the group size, or consider going into a classroom and ding a language lesson. The solution is to hire more, but we all know the problem in that idea. Another solution is to ask the district to use private therapists to do the evaluations, but if the district can't afford it, then this won't work. That leaves you with larger groups, or decreasing times per month. It is very stressful and also increases 'dread for the day'.
