Our district does not see every student that has autism. We see the students that qualify in language and those with pragmatic language issues that need skilled intervention to improve. Some have both. By HS there are those that no longer need services, and others that never had services. We also have social groups run by psychologists or behavioralists that address pragmatics/social lang.
