I am just going to add on with a similar thought to what has already been stated. I have been in the field for just over 10 years and I still don't know it all. A very wise person once told me that she "does not consider anyone an expert in the field until they have been in it for well over 20 years." At first I was wondering what she meant. But the longer I am in the field, the more I understand it. This is an ongoing learning process. The day you think you know it all is the day you need to move on to something else. Policies, techniques, therapies, information, data collection, report writing, IEPs, syndromes, kids, the world are always changing and evolving. If you want to be effective, then you will need to be open to constant change and learning as well.
Good luck and Stay confident!
