If you look in the manual, it guides you through the testing process. I don't have my manual with me, but it details the levels of testing. I believe the first one is called "determining if there is a disorder", and that involves giving the core subtests. At that point, you score it and if they score well, you may be done. If they have not, you go on to look further for what type of disorder it is. There is a section at the beginning of the book that has a chart and discusses this process.
