what makes a good slp??

I am a CF and was just curious what you other SLP's consider to be a good slp? It terrifies me that I might be boring and do the same thing over and over again with the children I see (I travel) and it terrifies me that I am conducting therapy improperly, so I just wanted to hear what you all think makes a great slp.
