I work with a 5th grader who has been working on ch and j for 1 year. I think air must be escaping from the sides of the tongue. All other sounds are ok. Her little sister misarticulates the same sounds. When she concentrates she makes the ch 'softer' and then the misarticulation is not so noticeable. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. Linda
