I don't know the going rate, however I think $60 an hour is reasonable. The school district in which I am employed pays NHC $50 and hour for contracted SLP, OT and PT. Our vision specialist gets $60 plus mileage.

I am sincerely interested in your success with your new adventure. Let me know, as I have also wanted to try starting a small private practice.
