I do not test written lang. In our district in MN this is something that the teacher of learning disabilites would do.They use the Woodcock Johnson III test. I would look at and test only the concerns in the oral language area. In MN we have eligibility criteria for articultion, fluency, voice and language for SLPs. The written language needs fall into the learning disability category.
