I personally would most likely not put a child of this age on caseload if these were the only speech sound errors. These are typically later developing sounds (there is a range, but mastery is usually by around age 7). If a child this age is stimulable to produce the sound correctly, she is most likely starting to develop the sound on her own. As the previous poster mentioned, you can address these sounds in a cycles approach for phonological disorders, but if this child were to have a true phonological disorder, I think you would be hearing other errors/patterns at this age that would have a negative impact on intelligibility. My approach would be to give the child more time before starting any intervention.
