I have been asked by my principal to attend a meeting to brainstorm ideas on how to get a 7 year old painfully shy girl to talk more. She isn't receiving speech/language services and I have heard her talk a little bit in a social skills group, so she's not selectively mute. Just very, very shy. Any ideas?
