Very nice night for basketball at the good ol Bilabong with lots of folks in the gym. Rocket Phil of WPCS 50,000 watts Tower of Power in the night sky, was spinning up good holiday music mixed in some of everything including Beatles "Hard Days Night", Tom Petty and others for our entertainment. Good assortment of folks with a floozie or two, some that looked like they just thawed out from the Antarctic ice, some that will never have be concerned with being held for ransom as nobody would pay, and the best category of all, assorted hangars on...Food was great and a special thanks to all at PCS who make these games possible. You make the difficult look easy. Safe travel back west on Hwy 98 to McComb for our visitors and don't forget there is a new Sonic Drive Inn in Columbia on the way back. Sorry no deviled eggs at the concession stand tonight as they were hijacked on the way by irate relatives who didn't get any for Thanksgiving.
Don't have a boys score as had to leave to see Bubba and them at Waffle House, (just like the one at Midland, or is it Odessa?) to get all the picks down for the coming week. Maybe someone can give us a report. By the way who had on the Elizabeth Taylor Midnight Madness perfume over there on the other side? Sinus trouble went away after getting a big whiff of that on the way in. Just hope nobody strikes a match anywhere close as that stuff is serious powerful...All in all great night even with the loss....Go Cats...
