Honestly, the comparison you are trying to make is not valid at all. Ole Miss doesn't have the players to ground and pound.....LSU has the players to air it out. They have, overall, a more talented WR corp than Ole Miss...and BH will be drafted higher than Kelly. Mark it down. I think you are looking at box scores and stats and not watching the game. Harris is a very gifted QB with a tremendous arm and mobility, that hasn't turned the ball over this year. Dupree is one of the most talented rec's in the nation, and Dural will be at least a 2nd round pick this year...not to mention all the other WR's they have.
I'm not sure what you are confused about. I've been pretty clear saying I'm withholding judgment on Ole Miss, and that I feel they are weak at OL and the QB, imo, is unproven...and will cost you some games. I'm sorry if I am not impressed with Tenn Martin, Fresno State, and Vanderbilt. I believe the fanbase has gone overboard because they beat Alabama. I understand that in the POLLS Ole Miss is ranked several spots higher. In Vegas, LSU is ahead of Ole Miss in terms of being favored to win the NC.
With that said, if they go in and dominate Florida in the Swamp, I will definitely start to give them a little more credit. I'm just sorry that I can't do so yet with their only credible win coming against a team that turned it over 5 times.
Roll Tide!
