I'm going to try a get down to the club on Thursday evening (say at 7.30/8.00) to catch the end of the Under 12s and possibly to do some pitch work. If people want to get together to informally discuss anything over a drink let me know / come down.
As Steve's example highlights I feel a large part of the above is potentially down to communication issues and mis-understanding.
