Again this AM I found gate left wide open with padlock left on chain unlocked. Lock is a HEYGATE's lock so if this disappears (taken by kids etc) we are in trouble & Paul Heygate will be VERY annoyed - they would probably put another lock on for which we have no key etc. Please keep to the simple procedure I implemented: Key is kept in left hand drawer in kitchen under cutlery holder. After unlocking gate remove padlock (do NOT leave loose on chain) & put back in drawer (unlocked) together with key. Last person out from the pavilion car park MUST make sure the gate is locked BEFORE they leave. A key is not required to close padlock.
