The Sunday team started the 2007 season with a 6 wicket defeat at the hands of Litchborough, despite 50's from Jim Rowe and Craig Browne. Batting first brooke got 168 all out, with Jim getting 68 on his Bugbrooke debut, and Craig hit 52, his long awaited first 50, however after these two no-one got into double figures, as all ten wickets fell for just 42 runs. In reply Litchborough got off to a slow start but Stretton (52 not out) and Burns (43) help them reach their target with 2 overs to spare.
