The Sunday XI gained another victory crushing Syresham by 135 runs. We batted first with myself and Roger opening. I fell first having scored a quick 20 (score 27-1). Ian Preston then had his bat for 15 years nudging around for 6. Then Rog and Chappy hit a few before Roger went for 22. Then the fireworks started. Chappy hit a pacy 38 but Sam hit a quality 57* including six 4's and three 6's. Richard Hook was also 9* at the end. With 199 on the board we were quietly confident. Luke Preston became Glenn McGrath for 30 mins as he blew away Syresham with 6-12.
Overall, a superb performance by all and hopefully Luke and Birdy do the same tommorow as the U30's hit the Over 30's for six!
