I noticed yesterday that someone has been bowling with spikes on our artificial pitch causing damage, particularly at road end, which is strictly not allowed. I do not know which team did this but it is the responsibility of all Club Members as well as those who hire the pitch to stop the game and get the bowler to change his boots before he is allowed to continue. This Rule also applies to wicketkeepers & batsmen.
