well, it's been quite a long and exhausting struggle. it began in august with a new g4. and since then, i have been experiencing nasty hardware issues. and letters are effective in 2002, do not let anyone tell you different. in response to my letter, it seems apple is suddenly ready to make nice, or at least finally attempt to provide the product as advertised (meaning a new working machine). so, by mid-week, a new replacement g4 should be on its way to brooklyn, and with that i feel better. and quincy studios may again soon resume its course, its pace, its documentation, its creation. phew.
