I do not have information on this branch of the McKee's but I do come from NY McKee's in that my great grandmother was Agnes Elizabeth McKee and I am looking for her roots. In 1880 she was 19(-born 1862) and living with her brother John, 24 and his wife Rachell, and Agnes' sister Susan 16, on N.6th St. in Brooklyn New York. John was a painter and the women were operators in a vest factory. their parents are listed as born in New York-all of the other people in their building were of Irish descent. Agnes was married to my great grandfather, Frederick Weinmann in 1883, had two children John Frederick , my grandfather and Louis who died in WWI. She died young, in 1893 in Brooklyn. I am looking for her brother John McKee, b. 1858 or so and his family or Susan b. 1865 or so, and her family. Any leads would be much appreciated. Thank you and good luck in your search too. Judy
