I am thinking there must be three Samuel's but who know! My Samuel McKee was born about 1783 and died in 1814 here in Delaware. His wife died before him and they left 2 young sons. Her name may have been Sarah Pierce, but have not verified it. He is my weak link as I have not found any grave, exact dates on birth, death, marriage etc. I have orphan court records for his sons and they are mentioned in his mother's will, so I have the prove of his parents. Andrew McKee and Mary Allmond were married in Old Swedes Church, 20 Mar 1775 and he swore an oath of alligance to the revolution along with his father and some brothers, I can pick. There are other McKee's also listed including a Samuel who was not his brother but I always thought he must have either been an uncle or cousin. His father was also an Andrew McKee and his mother was Isabella, no last name on her. I believe them to be the immagrants but have no prove. I have seen their tombstones at Wilmington and Brandywine Cem. but it is so worn cannot get dates from them. I do have the wills of both Andrews and Mary. Seems likely all of these are connected somehow, they all lived in Brandywine Hundred. Any of your families name their children Andrew?
