Hi. I have volunteered to do a McKee family history for an upcoming family reunion July 2006. The McKee family I am researching is my mom's side. The first McKee I have found is John McKee b. about 1826 in Ireland. He moved to Canada, not sure when, and married Mary Walker in Montreal, Ill de Montreal, Quebec, Canada, not sure when. They had four boys I know of. They were John, James, Henry George and Amos St. John. All were born in Victoria Corners, Ontario, Canada except Amos St. John who was born in Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada. John married Margaret (Unknown) and they had five children I think. They were Amos, Clausen, William H, Ellsworth and Ethel M. I believe they may have lived in Saskatchewan, Canada. I have no other information on James. Henry George married Annie Jane McKay in Victoria Corners. They had three children. They were Archibald John, Katie Donalda Mable and Harry Louis. Archibald married Mary Maud Cherry and Katie married A Lyons. Lastly Amos St. John my great grandfather married Nancy Ann Walker. They had three children. They were David Henry my grandfather, Ida and Sarah Annie. The three children were all born in Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada. Around 1896 this family moved to the Whitewater district of Manitoba, Canada. This area is not far from Boissevain and Deloraine, Manitoba, Canada. Can anyone help me with any of this?
