I don't know Christine/Christina's parents' names.
Her grave stone says Christine. She married Donald Dewar apparently against her parents wishes - an elopement. She used to tell us that the Dewars were sheep stealers - a story which had a thread of truth because in the turmoil of the 1780's, Malcolm Dewar, a church minister, brought a golden shepherd's crook alleged to be a "relic" of one of the apostles to Canada to rescue it (it was since returned). All we know about Christine's family was that she had a sister named Isabelle and a cousin, Kay MacCrimmon, who never married and lived in Montreal.
