Hello Sarge,
First off where are you so I know where you are searching from?
I have been doing a bit of searching around for Neil and have put out a few feelers on him and as soon as I get some answers back I will contact you.
Next question what can you tell me about the 21st Btn I think that is Battalion. Is it the Army?
I see that Neil was awarded the MC with bar I am assuming that is the Military Cross which is British. Any other information you can provide will be of great help. The more info you can provide the better I can help.
