Hello Victoria,
I don't play the Bagpipes myself but one recommendation is to first get yourself a 'Chanter' to practise on, I see there are new Chanters for sale on ebay and other such www. sites, the sheet music shouldn't be a problem to get either. There is a St. Andrew's Society of Southern Nevada and a Nevada Society of Scottish Clans which may offer some help on www.nvssc.org/
