I am researching the McCrimmon family from Prescott county, Canada, Caledonia town. They were in Canada in early 1820's. In particular I am looking for the parents of a Betsy (Elizabeth)
McCrimmon whose mother's given name was Sarah(she was listed in the household in 1851 with Betsy and her husband, Donald McRae) Betsy and Donald marrried in 1833 in Prescott. Betsy or Elizabeth was born about 1801-1802 in Scotland (birthplace not known)anyone out there who will assist me will have my appreciation. Donald McRae died before 1881 and Betsy was counted with one of her sons in the 1881 census.Thnaks for any help. Bettye Dove
