If you are starting off on your own MacCrimmon or McCrimmon Family Genealogical History I can recommend spending some time on studying the Home page of the MacCrimmon and McCrimmon family Registry, please note under the "site map" that there are some excellent papers written eg Books One, Two and Three of our own McCrimmon Family history plus many up to date Individual Family histories and genealogical trees under the McCrimmon "cousins" names on the site map. Also under "Scottish and Genealogy Links" there is information on various organisations and other general useful information.
