I'm lee giernoth son to maude, daughter to Roberta Obitts maiden name Roberta MacCrimmon. Unfortunately both have passed and leave me searching blindly for answers about where my ancestors might have been before they came over to Canada. I know Roberta was son of Hamish MacCrimmon who was son to Donald A. MacCrimmon and also had two brothers Horace and Alexander. Donald MacCrimmon as far as I can tell came to Canada and bought a house which is now currently called the Ripley House, I think. I would like to visit Scotland one day and see some of the things that deal with the hard work and devotion that the Clan MacCrimmon might have been part of. I would also like to find some cousins that i have not met or are some how related to me through Donald MacCrimmon. Any help Would be appreciated.
