Clint, there are 2 options that would cause that. the first is to have the store go into system preferences>point of sale>customers and make sure months included in period totals is the amount of months of history you wnat to view, if ist is set to 1 you will only see the current months history.
if the problem is history from the main is not being seen at teh remote then you have to regenerate the sales from the main to the remote to get all that history over to them so they can view teh history.
