Hi Kathi,
If you go to TOOLS and RPRODB at the location you lost that ability, then go to the INVENTORY tab at the top. Under the Customer Index 1 & 2, move Vendor Code to the top of one side and Desc1 to the top of the other side. Underneath the side that has Vendor Code at the top I'd also recommend you add Desc1 too, just below Vendor Code.
